Paz Miranda Iturriaga (Viña del Mar, 1987), Chilean singer-songwriter, influenced by Latin American and  jazz music.

​

She entered the world of music at very young age, since her mother is a music teacher.At the age of 16 she started studying popular singing with the singer Pamela Castro.

​

In the year 2011 she graduated as a teacher of music and pedagogics at the Universidad de Playa Ancha, Valparaíso. Before finishing her studies, she began to develop her career as a music teacher specialized in pop vocals in different high schools and conservatories in the area of Valparaíso.

In the middle of 2013 she started to attend Pop Volcas studies at the Musikhochschule Münster in der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität, Germany. Afterwards she graduated receiving a title of “Master of Music” in Pop Vocals in the middle of 2016.

During her stay in Germany she worked as a Teacher of music and Pop Vocals at various institutions such as the “State Music School of Dortmund” and “Music Academiy”. At the same time, she was constantly developing the functional training of the voice, through different courses (Integratives Stimmtraining, Voice Experience, among others). In addition, she continued working with her vocals professor Nikola Materne.

Her musical trajectory brought her to various music groups such as Celtic-fusion band “Riveira”, Chile (vocals, guitars); Latin American music group “Atarraya”, Chile (vocals, guitar, percussion); Jazz Quartet “Jazzeras”, Germany (vocals); different choirs such as “Coro Femenino de Cámara PUCV” and  “Conjunto de Madrigalistas”, Chile; funk band “Crakerjack”, Germany (vocals); Latin music group “Cinquillos”, Germany (vocals) and duo "Zugvögel", Germany (vocals). She has also cooperated with Chilean soul-funk band “Mama Soul” in their symphonic concert in 2012 and with the legendary  Chilean progressive rock band “Tryo” in 2013. She has toured through Chile, Argentina, Germany, Austria and Eritrea with different artists.
